Delivery Policies & Info

On In-stock merchandise our delivery services guarantees ASAP Delivery, so that you can have your newly purchased furniture in your home the next day and in some cases, even the same day*, if you are in the Scottsbluff-Gering area.

We also have First Available Delivery* for our customers who live within 80 miles of our store. If you don't live that close don't worry, special arrangements can be made for longer deliveries.

Our professional drivers will deliver, set-up and place your furniture in the appropriate room.

If you're one of the many customers who prefer to take your furniture home with you that day, our warehouse is conveniently located next door to our furniture store. Our warehouse is open for pick-ups Mon-Fri. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm and closed Sunday.

Delivery Information

All orders must be paid in full 3 days before the scheduled delivery, no cod's.

Due to the volume of deliveries Webber’s Furniture cannot accommodate specific time requests for morning, afternoon, or a particular time stop.

Our distribution center will confirm your scheduled delivery date 24 hours prior to delivery and give you a 4 hour delivery time window. Please understand that some things such as difficult deliveries, inclement weather, traffic jams, and road construction may delay a delivery.

We request a 48 hour notice to make a change in your delivery appointment. If you cancel a delivery with less than 48 hours notice or are not home for delivery, a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge may be accessed.

Please clear the area where you would like your new furniture placed. Our delivery teams are not allowed to set-up electronics or move existing furniture. We cannot transport any customer owned furniture to other locations.

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Defective merchandise and home damage must be reported with-in 48 hours.

Pick-Up Information

Customer receipt and photo I.D. will be required to pick-up merchandise.

Payments made by check are subject to management approval and bank verification.

Pick-ups are done on a first come - first serve basis.

Customer is responsible for any product set-up or assembly for items picked-up at our store.

Webber’s Associates will assist in the loading process but are not responsible for securing or any damage or any injury that may occur to the merchandise, Customer, or the Customers vehicle.

Customer should bring there own padding and tie-down material.
