Price Guarantee

In the unlikely event that within 30 days from date of purchase, a customer finds the identical item advertised, displayed, in stock for less by a local competitor in our trading area with the same delivery, finance, and service terms as Webber’s Furniture we will gladly refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going out of business sales, or free offers are not included in this price guarantee.

Reselections, Cancellations, and Returns

All merchandise otherwise eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition as received. Items subjected to any smoking or pets may not be returned for cancellation or reselections.

Special Order Merchandise

Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances once Webber’s Furniture has placed the order with the manufacturer. Customers are required to pay the balance of the purchase price upon and arrange for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise within 7 days from notification to Customer that the merchandise is available for pick-up or delivery. Customer's failure to do so shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the entire amount owned for such merchandise. Items subjected to any smoking or pets may not be returned for cancellation or reselections.

Stock Merchandise

Stock merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pick-up subject to a 20% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charges and fabric protection fees. There will be an additional pick-up charge if returned by a Webbers Furniture delivery truck. Merchandise that was a pick-up must be returned in the original wrapping or box. Stock merchandise may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund. Items subjected to any smoking or pets may not be returned for cancellation or reselections.

Bedding

Mattresses and Box Springs once delivered or picked-up at the store are not subject to return or exchange without the written return approval of the bedding manufacturer. Items subjected to any smoking or pets may not be returned for cancellation or reselections.

Pictures, Lamps, Accessories, and Area Rugs

Accessories may be returned within 48 hours if sold “On Approval” for different items or a full refund. After 48 hours these items may not be returned or exchanged. Items subjected to any smoking or pets may not be returned for cancellation or reselections.

Clearance Center, Floor Samples, Tent Sale, and Warehouse Sale Purchases

Merchandise that is sold "As Is" is not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours and all sales are final.

Delays

Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Webber’s Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of Webber’s Furniture. Be assured that Webber’s is doing everything possible to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check made payable to Customer and issued 14 business days from cancellation or return of merchandise and mailed to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order or may be picked up by Customer at Webber’s Furniture. Purchases paid by credit, debit card, third party financing, or gift certificate will be credited in the same form as payment was made within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Purchases paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Webbers Furniture reserves the right to request such documentation as deemed necessary by Webbers Furniture to verify the identity of the person(s) requesting a return, exchange or refund.
